ZealLuxe Technologies Private Limited is committed to customer satisfaction, and we strive to ensure that you are pleased with the SERVICES provided through the Mobile App. In the event that you are dissatisfied with a purchased SERVICE, we offer a refund policy subject to the following terms:

Request for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for the following: Change of mind or dissatisfaction where the SERVICE meets specifications. Failure to read the terms of the SERVICE before purchase. Any issues or damages resulting from the user's misuse of the SERVICE.

Refund Process
